Pretty Good Budget Story

Pretty Good Budget Story

Hello I’m Mya! Founder of Pretty Good Budget. I created this personal finance service because of my personal experience of being a mom and struggling with my finances. I wanted to create a service that helps fight against the notions of minorities always being subject to a cycle of poverty. One may try effortlessly to get out of it, but don't always have the necessary resources to do so.Pretty Good Budget challenges this narrative by positively centering the importance of education on finances to enhance financial literacy. While meeting people where they are currently at with their financial journey. It focuses on providing financial suggestions on what to continue to do, stop doing or replace, to improve their finances. It has the potential to help people pay their bills on time, provide food and clothes and other imporatant essentials for their families, help them to decrease debt and simply live comfortably.
